The Change Embassy was founded over fifteen years ago by Dr. Bukola Williams and Pst. Blessing Bukola Williams, beginning as a small fellowship of believers passionate about authentic encounters with God and meaningful impact in their community.
From a home meeting of twelve people, TCE has grown into a thriving congregation of thousands, with a school of ministry, specialized discipleship programs, and community outreach initiatives that touch thousands of lives across Abuja and beyond.
Today, the Embassy continues to expand — not only in membership, but in kingdom influence. Our members serve in government, healthcare, media, and education, carrying the culture of Heaven into every sphere they inhabit.
